Return & Refund Policy – AP Collections

At AP Collections, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return process.

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition

Be returned in the original packaging

Not show signs of wear, damage, or washing

If you would like to return an item, please contact us before sending the product back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Pre-order items, as these are specially ordered for you

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
