Return & Refund Policy – AP Collections

At AP Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the final item in your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period.

Important: Customers who placed their order using only a phone number (without an email address) cannot access the customer account portal. If this applies to you, please use the return link provided in your SMS order confirmation.

Returning Your Items

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Any standard shipping costs paid for the original order will also be refunded where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products manufactured according to the customer's specifications

  • Items that are clearly identified as non-returnable where permitted by applicable law

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
