Return & Refund Policy – AP Collections
At AP Collections, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the policy below.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
If an order contains multiple items that are delivered separately, the 14-day withdrawal period starts after you receive the final item in the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period.

Returning Your Items
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back.
You may inspect and try the item only as necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit, similar to what would reasonably be possible in a physical store.
Please handle items carefully. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Where reasonably possible, please return the item with its original packaging and included accessories.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning items, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you for the returned purchase.
If you return your entire order, the cost of our standard delivery method will also be refunded. Any additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery option is not refundable.
If you return only part of an order, the original delivery costs do not have to be refunded.
We will issue the refund within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Sale Items
Sale and discounted items are subject to the same right of withdrawal as regularly priced items, unless a statutory exception applies.
Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where permitted by law, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized products.
Any applicable exception will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@apcollections.nl with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by this Return & Refund Policy.
